LocalXE installation and accessing the same

in Siebel System Admin, Install and Upgrade (MOSC) Question

HI,

I am trying to install LocalXE and accessing the same. While trying connectivity in ODBC getting below error.

[tp][ODBC Oracle driver][Oracle]ORA-12514: TNS:listener does not currently know of service requested in connect descriptor.

I could see OracleXe created under the tools , have copied the TNS section related to LocalXE. and pated in the min TNS file. in ODBC got above error.

Any suggestions
