is the a standard solution for TCS tax in India ?

We are currently on JDE EO 9.15 , and need to implement a new tax in India (TCS) which is a tax (.075%) on the Gross amount. In some case we have already two rates (CGST & SGST) and therefore cannot use the tax compound flag (which is only available for the second rate)
