Where does SmartCut point on the server?

Hello,

We are on 11.1.2.4, moving to 11.2.3. In Workspace, Explore, we have an item of type Workspace Page. This item has a SmartCut property pointing to http://<our server>:19000/workspace/browse/get/Homepages/Admin. We cannot find this folder and page on the server. Where on the server is this SmartCut pointing to?
