How to Move ASM Storage to New RAC Servers

A customer has requested that we move an ASM disk group from a clustered RAC DB servers that will soon be retired to an existing clustered RAC DB server. The ASG disk group is located on LUNs. Can someone provide an article or guidance as to how this can be accomplished?
