NID tool works too long

Hi guys,

I have problem with NID tool. I put dev database into mount state and after that i issued

nid TARGET=SYS/test@DEV

DBNEWID: Release 10.2.0.5.0 - Production on Wed Nov 25 15:37:01 2020
