Where is setup for P07640 to use Employee Schedule? JDE1 9.2

We have employee schedules setup and Use Employee Schedule radio button is populated for P07620. Not sure what we missed in setup. The Use Employee Schedule radio button is greyed out on P07640 screen. We are having issues with Leave Balance verification when using P07620 as well. Has anyone else had similar issues. We had some problems getting the calendars correct at first maybe that caused issue? Any help or condolences are greatly appreciated. Happy Thanksgiving!
