Can we exclude the ethnicity question from the Apply for Job Activity Guide in PSHCM Recruiting?

We are using PeopleSoft 9.2 Fluid Recruiting with PT 8.57.10. We are current through PUM 17 and have selectively adopted through 34. Our organization recently decided to totally remove the ethnicity question from all applications and we are trying to figure out if there is a way we can modify the Apply for Job Activity Guide to remove it but we can't find a way to access it. Is there a way for us to remove the ethnicity step from the Apply for Job Activity Guide?
