Are the oracle database vm images on Azure restricted to Oracle Enterprise Linux ?

in Database Administration (MOSC) Question

We are on 12.1.0.2 Oracle databases on premises right now. We are considering moving to MS azure for the oracle databases. I was looking at the images available here :

So are these database images always come up with OEL ? We do not have license for OEL and use RedHat for our on premises Oracle databases.
