FIRMWAREEXPANDER and FIRMWAREDISK patches

X8-2 HA bare metal running 19.9.0.0.0

Nodes can not reach ILOM on the network as the nodes are public facing and the ILOM is not for security purposes. So, I find post install of 19.9.0.0.0 that BIOS and ILOM are not patched. I was able to update them by using he procedure in Doc ID 1427885.1, but this did not update FIRMWAREEXPANDER and FIRMWAREDISK. Is the patching procedure of these documented somewhere given the network isolation?
