The following patches implemented on Weblogic 12.2.1.4.0 on an OID server:

WLS PATCH SET UPDATE 12.2.1.4.201001 (MC4wLjAwMDAiLCJQIjoiV2luMzIiLCJBTiI6Ik1haWwiLCJXVCI6Mn0%3D%7C1000&sdata=UgFGP1A0FsSaP5QFXrNZYL7jEzgQIi0zifCCXZClno4%3D&reserved=0" rel="nofollow noopener ugc">Patch 31960985)

    + WLS OVERLAY PATCH FOR 12.2.1.4.0 OCT 2020 PSU (MC4wLjAwMDAiLCJQIjoiV2luMzIiLCJBTiI6Ik1haWwiLCJXVCI6Mn0%3D%7C1000&sdata=%2B7Vf2p%2FbQVT4gwmDBXAyFSLVwN%2BoRJk%2BZgpKYFGSlEk%3D&reserved=0" rel="nofollow noopener ugc">Patch 32097167) for CVE-2020-14750

But after implementing these patches, ODSM is unavailable..
