Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. This means that users with generic domains (such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, and others) will no longer be granted access to the discussion forums and ideas labs. UDC 31/IC does not exists in 9.2, why?

Hi,

We are migrating from Xe to 9.2, I'm prooving P31113 and receiving error 018A that UDC 31/IC values does not exist.

Searching in Xe and 9.2 environment, we do not have that udc. Can I create it manually? o there is an UBE or APP that can do that?
