Global Update of chart of account

We are in the process of changing our company account structure in the chart of account. I have read document: E1: 09: How To Run Global Updates for Organizational and Account Structure Revisions In EnterpriseOne (P09812\P09803\P09805\R09806) (Doc ID 1390947.1).

Only three tables are affected by account structure revisions – F0911, F0901 and F0902.

My question is how to deal with other tables having account information? For example, A/P Purchase Order F4311 table. Do I need to do it manually?

Is there a document listing of all JDE tables having account information?
