Shipment confirmation did not create item ledger and no update in item ledger for ST OT transaction

Hi All,


In an issue reported in JDE 9.1 (tools release 9.2.0.1) , there is no record in item ledger F4111 and no impact in item balance for a ST/OT transaction even though SO02 flag is set to 1 and actual ship date has a value.

Order status is at 620-999 and the invoice is posted to GL.

The OT order is already received at the receiving BP but inventory is not released from the supplying BP.

Inventory release did not happen at sales update as well (perhaps because SO02 was already set to 1??)

Based on other discussions in the community for similar scenario , I have already verified the following setups and found them to be OKAY
