latch: MGA shared context root latch

Hello,


Recently we have upgraded our database from 11.2.4.0 to 19.8. After that we are facing "latch: MGA shared context root latch" waiting event, due to this we are experiencing lot of bad performance. Please support to identify the root cause and to solve this solution to gain the performance.

OS: AIX 7.1 4 Node Cluster

DB Version: 19.8
