How can I revise the Company Directory search results page so that it displays pref Name & title?

Company Directory:                                                         

  1) revise the Search Results [page = HRCD_SEARCH_FL] to display the employee's preferred name [if present] and business title, rather than primary name and job title.                                            

 2) Revise the directory "rolodex card" [page = HRCD_ORG_CHART_FL] to also display the preferred name.
