Task of a particular status not visible in Mobile Field Service Application

in Field Service - EBS (MOSC) Question

Hi,

We have created a new task status for our client and defined task transitions to accommodate the new status in the transition rules.

In MFS, we were able to see the new task status and was able to put a sample task to this status. Now our requirement is to sync the data back to EBS after putting to this new status and then re-query for the same task and begin the work.

The problem is that once we save the status to new status and sync the MFS, we are no longer able to see this particular task. Can someone help on explaining why this is happening?
