Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Oracle 12.1.0.2 ASM file size after OS reboot does not have the correct size.

After Redhat OS reboot and crs is enabled:

-rw-rw---- 1 oracle oinstall 1684 Nov 19 04:46 /ora01/cluster/oracle/product/12.1.0.2/grid/dbs/ab_+ASM1.dat

This is incorrect!

Subsequent CRS stop and restart

-rw-rw---- 1 oracle oinstall 3487 Nov 19 04:46 /ora01/cluster/oracle/product/12.1.0.2/grid/dbs/ab_+ASM1.dat

This is correct!
