R42118 releases backorder on the basis of qty available in a lot on hold

Hi All,

There is a business scenario where

1)A sales order was created for a qty of 20EA for an item 123 , BP 10

2) At that time , there was zero available qty and hence , sales order line went on backorder against the primary location of BP 10 (as expected)

3) An IT transfer was done to receive 20 EA at the BP 10 , location ABC , lot A123 which was on N hold. P4113 is configured to allow transactions to and from a lot on hold.

4) At this point , there is 20 EA available in a secondary location for item 123 , BP 10. Processing option#Process.2 is set to 1 to include backorder qty as available qty in the R42118 backorder release report.
