F9672 - Missing ESU

Hello,

I am logging into DV920, when I run a query on the F9672 table for an ESU, it only shows me that it is in PY920. Am I querying incorrectly or could something else be preventing me to see if this ESU is in DV920 or PD920? If all I search for is on the F9672.PKGNAME should I see all objects for all 3 environments no matter where I log into?
