"Create Job Opening" tabs do not populate

We just upgraded to Peoplesoft 9.2 and Tools version 8.58. We have encountered an issue with the "create job opening" page. The "job details" screen populates, but the remaining tabs do not (qualifications, screening, job postings, hiring team). All of this functionality worked before the upgrade. Any help would be appreciated.
