Teams Direct Routing: Sa OOS

current system: Acme Packet OS VM SCZ8.3.0 MR-1 Patch 7 (Build 292)
Oracle Linux branches-7/el7-u7 {2019-11-01T07:00:00+0000}
Build Date=03/13/20
We have setup a MS teams Direct routing. We have regulary the sessions -agent sip.pstnhub.microsoft.com or sip2.pstnhub.microsoft.com or sip3.pstnhub.microsoft.com out-of-service and back into service after +/- 2.30 min. We followed the recommendations in the document " Configuring the Oracle ESBC to Microsoft Teams Direct Routing - Enterprise Model".
In logs, we can see the following alerts:
Nov 30 00:29:54.276 [SIP] (1) SA sip3.pstnhub.microsoft.com[Realm-Customers-OFFICE365-destiny]PING TRANSACTION TIMEOUT to 52.114.14.70
Nov 30 00:29:54.276 [SIP] (1) was 'In Service'; set to 'Out of Service' status
