User Hook - Default DFF Using POR_CUSTOM_PKG

Hello,

I am trying to default value for a DFF using user hook package POR_CUSTOM_PKG.CUSTOM_DEFAULT_REQ_HEADER

DFF value is not getting defaulted in iProcurement is opened in OAF, however, other standard columns such as x_suggested_buyer_id, x_deliver_to_loc_id etc.

What could be the reason for this? Appreciate any help or insight.

EBS version is 12.2.7
