deleting temp files

in Retail Predictive Application Server (MOSC) Question

Hello,


When looking at the db in my RPAS domain ldom level (I am using V16),a part from the Measure%1.ary there are some files temp_Measure%1.ary which are taking a big space disk

What are these used for? and can they be deleted to liberate space.
