Is the Official 2020 1099 ESU ready for public consumption yet?

There was a "request only" ESU for 1099s for the year 2020 for JDE E1 back a month or so ago. But I haven't seen any notifications on the official release of the end of year 1099 2020 ESU, nor have I seen any online sessions regarding the 1099 changes for this year. Can anyone confirm whether the official end of year ESU for AP 1099s is out yet, and if there are any presentations on the forms and changes?
