Acme Packet 4600 / v8.3m1p10 missing "sh fsps" command / 10G Interfaces

We're using using six acme packet 4600 running version 8.3m1p10. Each two of them in a HA configuration. Interfaces used: 10G (0/4 and 0/5). Singlemode. These SBCs are cabled to Juniper devices.

If we reboot the sbcs, some of the 10G interfaces don't come up immediately but sometimes after five minutes or after hours.

No cabling issue, no SFP+ issue (they are using all the same type and we already changed them). Negotiation settings are all the same for all interfaces.

We're capable to get the transceiver information from the Juniper devices but - as far as I can see - not from the SBCs. The 8.3 documentation lists a "show fsps" command, but acli not.
