External Rollup is not working

in Agile (MOSC) Question

Hi,

Specifications are created with Rollup Engine 'External' and configured the default external rollup 'Yes' in External Rollup 'Rollup Task Settings' in java client.

Internal rollup is working fine for Internal marked the specifications. Calculating the compliance correctly and no response for External Rollup Specification.

anything i missed out here for External rollup?
