TAM: Internal Employee applicant application after applicant is no longer valid employee
I am looking for recommendation for the situation we identified in PeopleSoft TAM.
Recently, our former employee called us and inquired about his application when he was an employee and submitted applications thru Internal Careers page. As applicant is no longer valid employee, he cannot view the status of his submitted application...
Looking recommendations on:
1) How applicant can see their submitted application with the fact that he is not employed to organization?
2) Should we ask that applicant to apply thru External Careers and once his application is received as external, our recruiter should try to merge Employee applicant ID with External applicant ID?
