1099 Electronic Media File for 2020

We are on 12.1.3 and when testing the 1099 Electronic Media File, we noticed that the file completes fully even though there may be errors like a missing Tax ID or a missing Tax Reporting site. In all years past if you ran the file, it would stop and display the error, you'd fix it and rerun it for either the next error or a completion. Does anyone know why it is not catching the errors? We do our best with the 1099 Supplier and Invoice reports to clean up, but always miss one or two. When I just tested
