Why would we receive a Posting Edit Code Invalid Error when running pre-payroll

Our payroll department is in the process of running payroll, when she ran Pre Payroll she received an error in her work center.

Tickler Date  : 12/1/2020

Subject       : Error: Posting Edit Code Invalid

CAUSE . . . .  The account is invalid because the posting edit code indicates

               that the account is non-posting, inactive or budget only.

RESOLUTION. .  Enter a different account with a valid posting edit code and

               try your request again.

She continued on as she found no errors within in the payroll reports.

She has moved on to running Journal Entries and there are no errors on R05529 Journal Entry either
