Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. What field is causing the Invalid Parameter error in P03B102 when applying an RU to an RB

User is getting the following error when attempting to apply an RU to the remaining balance of an RB record.

This is on E9.2 Tools Release 9.2.2.6.

Can I tell what "parameter" is invalid based on the error information?
