Delegation Framework 9.2 Image 36 Question

Hello,

In the Create Delegation Request, Step 2 of 4, it looks like the list of all active users.

1 - Is there a way to limit this list using configuration?

2 - The magnifying glass goes to the occurrence of the string from where the current row/cursor is. Is there a way to do a Find Next without having to retype the string over and over again?
