Quick pay running into Error

Hi ,

We have quick pay running into error with the below error

HR_6881_HRPROC_ORA_ERR

HR_6881_HRPROC_ORA_ERR

SQLERRMC ORA-00904: "ASSIGNMENT_ACTION_TYPE": invalid identifier

SQL_NO 1578

TABLE_NAME pyoiact

APP-PAY-06881: Error ORA-00904: "ASSIGNMENT_ACTION_TYPE": invalid identifier

has occurred in table pyoiact at location 1578

Can any body please provide any pointers to debug. Payroll Process is also having same error.
