Trying to partition a non-partitioned table and getting ORA-14427

in SQL Language (MOSC) 10 commentsAnswered

The database version is = 12.2.0.1.0 with oct RU applied. It's a heap table with no unusual data types. I don't see what part of the ddl is giving me grief.
