How can I obtain installation media for Oracle 12c 32 Bit LINUX?

When using existing media, I receive the following error message from sqlplus after installing the Oracle Client:

sqlplus: error while loading shared libraries libclntshcore.so.12.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
