multistage routing: HMR at the stage source realm

Dealing wiht the multistage routing I'm wondering whether source realm set in 

I'm using the following multistage routing for one use case,

i've created the realm fake1 and set one HMR at its out-manipulationid in the hope that this HMR will be invoked during the execution

of this local-policy.

but to my big surprise the local-policy has been executed but the HMR was not invoked at all.

Is there any explanation for this behavior?

shall I add a sip-interface and link it to the realm fake1 in order to invoke my HMR?
