Not all DBAs Calculate When An Interim is merged into regular payroll

Hello,

Why would certain DBAs not calculate when an interim payment is merged into the regular payroll?

Scenario:

Interim Payment is created for Check Date 12/2/20 and Pay Period Date 11/29/20

Regular payroll is processed with the same Check and Pay Period End dates and the interim is merged into payroll. The DBAs all calculated on the interim, but on my regular paycheck only some calculate. The garnishment does not calculate again nor do some deductions and benefits. None of them are flagged to only calculate once per payroll.

Is this normal or is there a bug. The client is 9.0
