Is it possible to restrict Service Provider from selecting a pickup time

Hi ,

I am having a requirement of disallow the acceptance of shipment by service provider if the pick up time entered by him is outside of Order late delivery date .

As of now system allows acceptance of shipment outside of order late delivery date. Here though the shipment so created is Time_Infeasible but the requirement is such tender should not accepted .

Also is there anything on parameter set or workflow we need to set to achieve this.
