Orchestration connector doesn't work after added the 3rd party certificate

 we are using the orchestration for integration with 3rd party software , we reach the phase where the connector is sending the request and receiving an error replay from 3rd party that the certificate should be added at our server , but when we added the 3rdparty certificate some thing strange happend>>>the test button in the connector doesn't work no replay no error at least i should receive the token . but no reply at all Please how can trace this issue .
