How to transfer balance on local transfer transaction/s?

Hi Folks -

We need to transfer balance with the same plan category. Is this can be done with delivered configuration or requires a Fast Formula? Is there a fast formula available that can move this balance?

Plan Setup:

a. Created Plan Category and attached to both plans

b. Set Transfer balance flag to Y

c. Perform Local Transfer
