How to create workflow using Oracle field service cloud product

We need to build a simple workflow for scenario like >" if the output for the submitted form by technician is A then reporting to Employee # 1 and if the output for the submitted form is B then reporting to Employee#2, how can we implement this scenario ? how can we control the output after filling the custom form by the technician? how can we send report automatically to employees as per forms‘ s output ?
