Debrief page is greyed out in Mobile Field Servie App

in Field Service - EBS (MOSC) Question

We have a new Task status created for the customer. The task status transitions are also setup properly. We are able to update the status of a task to this new value in Oracle Mobile Field Service Application. So far so good.

But once the task is in this new status, when we try to add a Debrief (Labor/Material/Expense), the new page comes as a greyed out page and hence we are not able to add new Labor/Material/Expense lines in the application for the task in this new status.

Could someone help me out to understand what is the missing link.
