What needs to be changed in weblogic settings to run OTM?

Hello to everyone?

I ran into a problem when starting an OTM instance :(

I just install OTM 6.3.7 on OEL7.9 with Java 7, OHS 11.1.1.9 and WebLogic 10.3.6

When I start my OTM instance, OHS starts normally, but when I start WebLogic Server it's going to shutdown after a few seconds with error-messages in console.log.0:

INFO | 2020/12/02 17:08:42 | Error loading properties from WEB_CUSTOM (property set): Error initializing properties for WEB_CUSTOM (property set)

INFO | 2020/12/02 17:08:42 | java.io.IOException: Error retrieving property set WEB_CUSTOM

INFO | 2020/12/02 17:08:42 | Caused by: java.io.IOException: Error reading property set WEB_CUSTOM

INFO | 2020/12/02 17:08:42 | Caused by: [000002] cause.InvalidDataConnection

and then WebLogic Server goes to shutdown:
