Soap Connection Issue

Hi

I'm using the Oracle Integration Cloud and I´m trying to make a Soap connection with this wsdl: http://servidordestino/ekip360-connector-ws/services/ContractInjectorService?wsdl in the "servidordestino" section, I have an IP Address, but for security policy I can´t share that IP, The trouble is, when I create a SOAP connection, and click "Test and validate" it gives me an error:

when I click only "Test" it gives me an error of "Timed out", the thing is, In my local computer, I'm connected to a VPN using the OpenVPN program, and I tested the WSDL with SOAP UI and it was succesfull, but I need to invoke that web service in OIC, how can I do it?
