Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. This means that users with generic domains (such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, and others) will no longer be granted access to the discussion forums and ideas labs. Layaway cancellation from BO on payment date

On one business date

Create a layaway with multiple items
Do not make any payment
Open layaway and pickup one item ( payment will be made for the picked up item)
Open layaway from Front Office and cancel layaway (customer present 'YES') - Layaway cancellation is successful for remaining items
Open layaway from BO and cancel layaway (Customer present 'NO')- Error message comes as "Cancel to Escrow is not allowed, A payment was made to this account today"

Please help me to understand, why there is the difference for cancelling a layaway from Front Office and Backoffice in above case ?
