Sending mail, job offer HCM

I am interested in knowing how the sending of mail works when we make a job offer from HCM selection, I understand that at the time of sending the employee offer approval email, the email of the employee making the request should be sent, but I have a situation that the sender does not indicate the correct mail, that is, another sender appears in the mail. How can I investigate which user uses the system to send the mail.
