Process performance with on-prem FDMEE connection to Oracle Financial Cloud DB

I have a setup with 11.1.2.4 on-prem Hyperion where I have setup a FDMEE Source connection to an Oracle Financial Cloud DB. When I ran the Initialize step, from the Source connection window, or when I run an Import of data, from the Workbench Location, the process time is consistently 22/23 mins, regardless of whether I am create the source application for the first time or updating it and whether I am pulling 20 records or 3700 records.

I am trying to understand:

  1. If my process times for any type of connection between my on-prem and cloud environments is within the Oracle standard or benchmark.
