Default buyer does not exist in PR released from SCO

in Unified Inventory Management (Communications Industry) (MOSC) Question

Hello,

My PR relaesed from SCO does not have default buyer on, Buyer Assignment Rule and Configure Business Function and could confirm the Default Buyer is set up.

However the requisitions created from planning via SCO do not have the buyer information defaulted.
