[Orchestrator] Cross reference with 2 output values

In Oracle's document about cross reference Setting Up Cross References and White Lists in EnterpriseOne (P952000) (oracle.com), it mentions that "When setting up cross references, you can enter multiple key cross references by delimiting the values with a pipe (|). These will be consumed based on the cross reference definition in the orchestration."

I'm trying to set something similar where my 3rd party reference would give me 2 JDE values but my orchestration only picks up the first one. How do we define the cross reference service request to pick up the second item as well, or both? I tried defining 2 output keys but that seems not enough
