Detail component log not generated with log level 5

We are using Siebel version 8.1.1.11 IP 2013.


We have set log level of component 5 (and verified from server manager and UI), but there is no detail information captured in the log.


It was working some days back and working for other component as well.


We are sure that no change make in the server.


What is the reason behind it?
