Concurrent Program "View Output" button doesn't show the output

Hello All,

We've recently upgraded from 12.1.3 to 12.2 version & existing BI Publisher concurrent programs are not printing the output. This is a host concurrent program which prepares the xml & sends the output to RTF template to print the output in PDF format.

I have debugged & found that the output file is getting generated & sitting under $APPLCSF/$APPLOUT directory as "oRequestID.out". But again when we click the "View Output" button of the concurrent program request it shows the error "The concurrent request xxxx did not create an output file".

Are there any other unix variables or setups or profiles that I need to reset or enable to be picked by concurrent program. Any advise would be very helpful.
